The Customer Service Representative will manage load data with complete accuracy, coordinate appointments, and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time freight operations. The Customer Service Representative will also resolve billing issues, document approvals, support account management, and escalate any shipment or service concerns while following established workflows for operational excellence.
