About the role;

Customer Service Representative

Role

• Duties will include, but are not limited to,
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding pick ups, deliveries, POD’s and general shipment status
• Proactively communicate potential service delays to our customers and all stakeholders
• Preparation and regular updating of customer specific reports via email or websites
• Work in conjunction with team managers and planners to provide a high level of satisfaction for our customers while simultaneously pursuing efficiencies for C.A.T.
• Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolution to issues

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Extremely detail oriented, highly organized and an ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of transportation business is an asset

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience
• Written English and oral French
