Job Summary
The Lead Generator/ Sales Development Representative aims to generate sales opportunities (qualified leads) for cross-border transportation and logistics services in North America. The person will be the first point of contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and social networks- seeking to arrange sales appointments that will later be closed by the commercial team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Proactively contact prospects via phone, email and other sources to generate qualified leads
- Qualify and document leads in the CRM system
- Schedule sales meetings with high-quality prospects
- Conduct research on companies and key industries to promote a strategic and targeted approach to lead generation
- Collaborate with the outside sales team and management to prioritize accounts and prospecting strategies
- Keep the sales pipeline updated, record interactions, and follow up on leads
- Meet monthly targets for lead generation and meetings
- Participate in feedback and training sessions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics, transportation, or B2B prospecting
- Upper-intermediate level of English
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related fields
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Online research skills
